Do you offer gift cards?

Shop BrowJoi currently does not offer gift cards at this time.

What are the payment options?

we accept PayPal, Credit/Debit, and if its an in store purchase Cash Payments.

What is your return policy?

If an item has been used or opened unfortunately it cannot be returned. 

However, if you wish to return an unopened/unused product, Please email us so we can properly accommodate you with either partial or in some cases full refund, depending on your particular needs. Email at browjoillc@gmail.com

I accidently put the wrong address, is there a way I can change this?

If you mistakenly put the wrong address, an incomplete address (i.e missing apartment number), or moved/moving before the package can be delivered to your place of residence please email browjoillc@gmail.com  right away so I can update your information.

If the shipping label comes up invalid on my end, I will email to figure out the correct address or if there's any missing information.

 

Incentment Weather Policy

In the case of bad weather such as a hurricane, snow storm, or any poor weather conditions that effects transportation; your appointment will be rescheduled with no issue. Reschedules may happen due to poor road conditions for me, your service provider as well. If that is to be the case, please look out for any text messages/and or emails updating you on the matter plus rescheduling dates.

Shipping Policy

How It Works

Orders are shipped out each week. The week the shipping label is created is the same week the orders are dropped off/picked up for post office to begin processing and shipping.

 

Late/no Show Policy

If you arrive late to your scheduled service, you may be charged late fee 

5 minutes- $5 

10 minutes - $10 

After 15-20 minutes depending on the service, your appointment will be either canceled or reschedule for another date plus charged in full.

If you wish to return a product you are welcomed to do so, however shipping costs are up tp the customer. If there was an error with your order please email browjoillc@gmail.com so I can rightfully accommodate you and take the appropriate action.
